I used to always want to exercise to tone myself, however either felt lazy or just didn’t know what to do and how to start. With Navjot, she made it a set routine that we followed and always encouraged us to keep telling it to ourselves as well as others how much we achieved (targets) per day.
It’s been the best motivation classes since last year, and now I, as a routine have started following it.
She’s such an inspiration to me and all so many out there! A big shoutout to her energy, and crazy motivation.
